I'd suggest FL but it's WAY too hot down here. There aren't many jellyfish though...
Alabama is nice right now. During June July August and September you can put the air in a ziplock bag and see it though. ugh.

Not very many of the beaches in Australia have stingers - your shoes would be fine.
115C is rare in summer, even in Aus. It's usually 30C odd here, whatever that is in Farenheit, so come on down! It is God's country. Really.
