How true. How sad, but true.

I have already heard Christmas songs, on what is being called "the all-Christmas songs, all the time station".

Made me want to go deaf in the other ear. Or write a turkey carol.

Around Atlanta, I usually see xmas stuff go up before Halloween. Late August was the earliest I remember.

I know! There are 3 houses in my neighborhood with lights up, and already one of the radio stations is playing Christmas music 24/7. Barf.

I'm trying to ignore it so I'm not sick of Christmas by the time it gets here.

It is going to hard enough with the possibility that for the first time in fifty years there will be just the two of us, without the bombardment of jingles and tinsel that started at the end of October.

Great cartoon by the way.

Christmas music woke us up this morning when the alarm when off! And one of our neighbors already has her yard TOTALLY decked out for Christmas...talk about pressure!!!

So true. I'm guilty of this. I already rifled through my Christmas decorations last week. Sigh.

Good People:

If you don't like it, say something about it. Send a letter to the corporation or entity that bugs you. Or make a phone call. Or just complain in person. Sometimes it works. If you don't do it, it never works :-)
